BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
The objective of the proposed project is to improve energy efficiency of the Takhiatash thermal power plant (TPP) with the adoption of energy efficient technology that will contribute to increased reliable power supply and climate change mitigation. The project will include construction of a combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) power plant, decommissioning of inefficient existing power plant units, and capacity development.
